Refund policy

All our items are made to order, which means that as soon as we receive your order, we will start working on it, this is the reason why we don't accept any cancellations or changes. 

  Everything on our shop is made out of wood (a natural product), which means that you might be able to see some knots of wood or wood imperfections on the surface of your prop. Please be aware that all items are handmade (cut and paint by hand) which means that we cannot replicate the same item more than once, and also some cuts might not be 100% perfect. Also, some edges or cuts might show wood imperfection, we use pine for the frame or support of most of our products, pine is a rough and unfinish product (it might have some very small cracks and knots), this is normal.

• If is a single item, we will replace the item for you and will cover all shipping fees for the new item.
• BUT, if the item was part of a BUNDLE purchase, we will give you a refund for the missing or wrong item(not shipping fee)*** BE AWARE that bundles for some products ONLY charges shipping fee for the big items and not for the smaller items, this is the reason that with the purchase of bundles, we will refund only the price of the item AND you will also be allow to keep any extra items that we might sent you by mistake ***
